In 2022, we renovated the eight-story apartment building in the heart of the city, located on the pedestrian street of Georgiou Stavrou, and transformed it into a modern residential building with a main focus on functionality and comfort, creating a new housing experience.
The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with electrical appliances, thermal facades, new exterior frames, new plumbing and electrical installations, heated with natural gas, cooled with air-conditioning, and served by an inverter elevator.
Special emphasis was placed on the safety of the tenants with security cameras in the common areas and a recording archive.
Apartment Types
The building consists of a total of 44 apartments. All bills are included in the rent, such as heating, electricity, water, internet, and common area expenses.

The fast and stable wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet connection of the apartments is achieved through the use of optical fibers.
Laundry room
On every floor of the building, a laundry room with modern technology is provided for free use.
Cleaning & disinfection of common areas
The necessary cleaning and disinfection of the building is carried out by professional cleaning companies for the sanitization and hygiene of the common areas.
Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)
The company prioritizes the safety of its tenants and has a closed-circuit surveillance system in the common areas of the building.
